Mindfulness has become more popular in Western culture, and as adults recognize the many benefits of it, they naturally hope to share those benefits with their children.

Our 45-minute Kids Mindfulness sessions include the practice of focusing awareness on the present moment, calming meditation, mindful breathing and mindful listening.

There are many reasons why mindfulness is beneficial for kids, and the benefits are diverse – including physical, emotional, psychological and relationships.

Some of the most common needs for children are paying attention, planning & time-management, concentration and organizational skills.
